You can get a rough idea of sizing based on your child’s age. Unfortunately, what fits one 6 year old might not fit another, this is why we offer to return the bike you order with in 5 days if the bike is the wrong height and exchange for a different size. Here is our size guide – click here
What is the difference between new and used bikes?
What is the difference between new and used bikes?
A used, or refurbished bike, is exactly that: a previously owned bike that has been expertly serviced by our team of dedicated mechanics who follow the most thorough safety check procedure in the industry. Our used bikes may have a few scratches and scuffs on them, but they will be in perfect working order and cost at least £1.50 less than a new bike.

No all our bikes are delivered fully built with just the saddle and handlebars to adjust as needed and the pedals to add.
What happens when they grow out of the bike?

You can exchange any time throughout your membership. Exchanges are free after 12 months for balance bikes and after 18 months for all sizes up. Prior to these periods there is a fee of £10, plus the delivery fee of the new bike. The standard delivery fee is £14.99 for a weekday and £19.99 for a Saturday.

We only use the best quality bike that are designed to be robust and created for children, with lightweight alloy frames and specialist design specifically for young riders. They are also all made with aluminium frames which is easier to produce using less CO2 than carbon
When you return your bike, we get our team of experts to lovingly refurbish the bike. This includes a full deep clean, service and replacing any parts that have worn to give the bike a full safety check making the bike ready for the next child to love!
