When your child outgrows a bike, it’s returned, refurbished, and passed on to another family, giving it a longer life and lowering the demand for new production. It’s a smarter, greener way to ride.

Don’t worry when your child grows out of their bike, it’s quick and easy to organise an exchange. Simply log into your account and register the exchange by selecting “Exchange Bike”, choose the next size up that suits your child, and proceed to checkout. Depending on your account, you may be required to pay a £10 exchange fee and a delivery fee. If the new bike differs in pricing from your previous one, you’ll also need to confirm the updated payment structure. Your new bike will be delivered to your door, and the old one collected at the same time.
